Job Description
Our client company, a Financial and Tax Consultancy firm with over 20 years of experience, is seeking an Accounts Officer for their office located in DHA, Karachi. The company is registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Karachi Tax Bar Association (KTBA), providing taxation services in Pakistan. They specialize in various areas including accountancy, taxation, consultancy services, management advisory services, evaluation of accounting systems and internal controls, compliance with statutory requirements, and professional advice on corporate matters.
Requirements:
- Accounts Officer position.
- Preferably holds a B.Com degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize database software to organize financial account information.
- Handle account inquiries from both internal and external sources.
- Review incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure timely payment.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, based on the assigned role.
- Ensure prompt payment of company financial accounts.
- Conduct internal audits on financial activities when required.
- Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities.
Budget: 40-50k
Location: Office situated in DHA, Karachi.
