Job Description
Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers within an assigned geographical area. The primary responsibilities will be to deliver set objectives and targets, effectively manage distributors and customers, execute channel category plans, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology to ensure continuous improvement Achieve agreed targets and KPIs for the assigned area
• Manage distributors/customers and their operations effectively
• Execute channel category plans at the Point of Purchase/Outlets as per the channel and category prioritization
• Provide quality and on-time information
• Develop and implement a field sales plan for the assigned area
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies
• Coach, motivate and develop the distributor and Nestlé direct sales force
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a business-related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop oneself and the team
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or general management
• Knowledge of sales functional areas such as Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship, and Distribution handling
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing a field sales team
• Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing
