- Take the lead in all promotional activities associated with the brand.
- Manage the stock pipeline for any pricing or packaging changes.
- Develop and execute consumer promotions.
- Oversee the brand operations of your portfolio.
- Conduct competitor analysis, including shadow costing, benchmarking with R&D, and creating product improvement plans.
- Develop the portfolio strategy aligned with the overall category strategy.
- Analyze the building blocks for forecasted growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product attributes and consumer value drivers (CVDs).
- Develop packaging and SKU strategies.
- Gather market insights related to consumers, customers, and competitors, and share them with the broader team.
- Analyze brand financials and develop interventions to improve profitability.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in innovation management and delivery.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
