Abacus is looking for an Energetic , Talented and exceptional English communication skills that can think out of the box with handling End- End Recruitment process for Bulk Hiring and designing Recruitment drives .
- Create and improve HR processes and policies including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and diversity/equity/inclusion
- Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for positions within the company
- Participating in hiring decisions by reviewing resumes and interview notes for each candidate
- Recruiting and hiring new employees by conducting job interviews, providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate qualifications, and creating job postings on company websites
- Build collaborative and productive working relationships
- Coach Managers on tactical HR processes as well as interventions involving leadership development and change management.
- Lead with integrity, respect, high personal standards and build personal credibility
- Builds internal community (e.g. supports others, shows respect, acts as an ally, on boards new hires, connects people, collaborates well, drives inclusion)
- Curate a great employee experience – recognizing team members for their hard work and celebrating big milestones.
- 4-5 years of related experience is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – you will be communicating with everyone from employees, to facility managers, to prospects and candidates).
- Relevant degree with BS / MBA /MS with Majors in Human Resources.
Location: Shaheen Complex, Shimla Pahari, BPO office
Timings: 9 AM -6 PM
