Job Description
Responsibility:
We are seeking an individual to support the Lead Community & Outreach in enhancing our Social Media marketing efforts for an online training program. The incumbent will be responsible for conducting research, devising strategies, and collaborating with the art team to create engaging content for marketing purposes. Key responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends, creating visual marketing materials, implementing social media strategies, generating and sharing compelling content, engaging with followers, and suggesting innovative ways to build brand awareness. The incumbent will also be responsible for keeping abreast of new technologies and tools in social media and design. Additionally, they will contribute to the team’s overall goals and assist with communication between team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing and design software
- Strong content management skills
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research
- Familiarity with online marketing channels
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities
- Organized and able to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and proactive
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies, Media Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
