We are looking for an Assistant Manager, Training to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation, training, and data analysis. They will also have experience working with cross-functional teams and leading projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a monitoring and evaluation framework for the Dastak Teacher Training program
• Observe training sessions and gather qualitative and quantitative data
• Analyze data and create reports to assess the quality of training and identify areas for improvement
• Support the Content and Training Lead with tasks related to program assessment and training
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that training is delivered effectively
• Design and deliver training modules for teachers
• Lead the training team before each cycle
• Conduct research to identify the need for different teacher training modules/courses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, humanities, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in training or program evaluation
• Strong understanding of monitoring and evaluation methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command over written and spoken Urdu and English
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
