Join our dynamic team as a key resource responsible for driving the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit. Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing pre-joining activities for fresh graduate resources.
- Managing engagement activities to boost team morale.
- Representing i2c in job fairs, talent hunt campaigns, and campus recruitment to enhance employer branding.
- Participating in employer branding activities in coordination with marketing and communication teams.
- Maintaining excellent employee relations and fostering a healthy work culture.
- Managing employee counselling and grievances in alignment with company policies.
- Organizing internal and external HR events.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.
- Education: BBA/MBA.
- Experience: 10-12 Years.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on English.
- Strong interpersonal and people management abilities.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Motivated and ambitious to build a successful career in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis is a plus.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, and deadline-driven environment
