Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing pre-joining activities for fresh graduate resources.
• Managing engagement activities to boost team morale.
• Representing i2c in job fairs, talent hunt campaigns, and campus recruitment to enhance employer branding.
• Participating in employer branding activities in coordination with marketing and communication teams.
• Maintaining excellent employee relations and fostering a healthy work culture.
• Managing employee counselling and grievances in alignment with company policies.
• Organizing internal and external HR events.
• Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.

Qualifications:

• Education: BBA/MBA.
• Experience: 10-12 Years.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a focus on English.
• Strong interpersonal and people management abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Motivated and ambitious to build a successful career in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computing skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data analysis is a plus.
• Well-groomed and presentable personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, and deadline-driven environment
