Job Description
We are looking for a talented HR Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, developing effective recruitment strategies, and attracting top talent to enhance our workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional people management skills and a strong understanding of HR concepts and practices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from job marketing and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating with candidates, and onboarding.
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract, screen, evaluate, select, and engage suitable candidates that align with our diversity, performance, culture, and retention goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
- Utilize various recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, and social media platforms to attract and find talent.
- Implement creative sourcing methods including online meet-ups, hackathons, job marketing campaigns, social networking, and targeted web platforms.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate flow, document notes, and track requisition statuses.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while maintaining the required interview-to-placement ratio.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Utilize strategic and creative thinking to analyze data, generate reports, and provide analytical insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in HR or a related subject.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience as an HR professional.
- Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms.
- Strategic and creative thinker with excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
