Job Description


  • Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, evaluate, select, onboard, and engage suitable candidates, with a focus on enhancing diversity, performance, culture, and retention.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job marketing, sourcing, interviewing, candidate negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn,, Glassdoor, and social media platforms, to attract and find talent.
  • Implement innovative sourcing methods, including online meet-ups, hackathons, job marketing campaigns, social networking, and targeted web platforms.
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system to manage candidate flow, document notes, and track requisition statuses.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets and maintain the required interview-to-placement ratio.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strategic and creative thinking abilities, along with strong data analysis, reporting, and analytical skills.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experienced professional with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • Exceptional people management, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills, with expertise in HR concepts, practices, legislation, and procedures.
