Job Description
Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Administration and Transactions Coordination
- Collects complete and correct data upfront
- Validates data for accuracy
- Manages cases according to regional Case Management guidelines
- Operates in the optimized cases
- Keeps systems up-to-date with customer information and legal documents
- generating target agreements on salesforce
Customer Engagement
- Assists with stakeholder questions via email or phone
- Ensures Customer PO compliance
- Follows up on orders
Data Integrity
- Handles Internal Service Tickets to resolve Credit and Billing issues
- Facilitates SFDC opportunity management by cleaning up opportunities based on guidelines
- Do data uploads and ad hoc reporting to address immediate business needs
- Executes Data corrections in Salesforce
- Have a high sense of urgency to respond to data queries/ issues or deliver data requests
Knowledge & Skillset:
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Understanding of opportunity to agreement process
- Strong Analytical skills
- creating opportunities in salesforce
- Advance skills on Excel
Education/Experience:
- At least has 3 years of experience in using salesforce for reporting purposes and making amendments
- Bachelor’s / Masters Degree (Computer Science / Business studies / other) or equivalent work experience
