Job Description

Tajweez Properties (Pvt.) Ltd is looking to onboard Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team!

The primary responsibilities of the BDA will be:

  • Actively seek out new sale opportunity through cold calling, networking.
  • Setup meeting with potential real estate clients.
  • Find and reach out new perspectives.
  • Knowledge of creating Sales Pitch.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals with real estate clients.
  • Achieve monthly or weekly targets.
  • Mature deals as per the target allotted.
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales.
