Job Description
We are looking for an experienced outbound sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, and social media
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs
- Present and close deals
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field is preferred
