Tkxels is experiencing rapid growth in its sales team and is seeking a dedicated Sales Development Manager who is data-driven and passionate about their work. As the manager, you will be responsible for leading a pod of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives). Your primary objective will be to identify opportunities for tkxels developers to collaborate with high-growth software companies worldwide. The role will involve leveraging various communication channels such as phone, voicemail, and email to engage with high-quality prospects.
At tkxels, prospecting and outreach are unconventional in the tech industry due to the unique nature of the technical hiring solution being marketed—a full-time, remote developer. This requires the SD team to employ both consultative sales strategies and a data-driven approach to achieve their outbound quota. We are looking for someone who is passionate about driving human transformation and challenging industry norms. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working in a growth-oriented company and be capable of leading employees through significant change. - Dive into data to drive individuals and the team to surpass KPIs.
- Recruit, hire, and train additional SDRs to expand the team.
- Coach and mentor outbound SDRs to deliver qualified sales meetings to the account executive team.
- Establish effective sales development strategies that can scale as the team grows.
In the First 30 Days:
- Identify priorities and quick wins to enhance our demand generation efforts for the next quarter.
- Assess the organization and define the necessary resources, communication channels, and support required for your success and the success of the business.
In the First 90 Days:
- Assist in producing sales collateral, copy, and enablement materials to optimize the efficiency of our SDRs.
- Develop a replicable approach to high-volume outreach that incorporates tkxels’ unique consultative sales style.
- Provide structure and collaborative coaching for a growing team of entry-level sales professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success leading a team in a quota-carrying position or as an individual contributor.
- Experience managing 5-10 SDRs in high-growth tech companies.
- 7+ years of sales or sales development experience, preferably in a startup or with formal sales training.
