We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our Out-of-Home (OOH) media business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, as well as strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their advertising needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Identify potential new clients in the market and reach out to them to generate leads.
• Conduct needs analysis with clients to understand their target audience, advertising objectives, and budget constraints.
• Develop and present proposals that outline recommended OOH media strategies and pricing structures.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and close deals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Generate reports on sales performance and revenue projections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the advertising, media, or marketing sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with the OOH media landscape and advertising industry trends.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
