Responsibilities:

• Prepare, lead and own Process Improvement initiatives (i.e. rapid improvement events, projects, work sessions) highlighting measurable impact/results
• Implementing short-term and long-term improvements/solutions effectively
• Help design future state processes/controls that improve throughput, resilience, and quality while eliminating waste
• Willing and able to quickly get up to speed and jump into unplanned work
• To Assist and support in designing, developing, and operationalizing the Business Process Re-engineering strategy across the enterprise
• Define problems and help quantify the impact
• Collect data in support of decision-making that leads to process improvement
• Find ways to improve the sustainability of newly implemented processes/controls

What you’ll need:
Required qualifications & competencies to be successful in this role include:

• Recent Bachelor in – Management Sciences, Business, IT, or other Engineering Disciplines
• Problem-solving & Root Cause Analysis skills
• A Growth Mindset
• Some internship experience is preferred
• Understanding of using IT solutions that drive improvement such as RPA
