Job Description
We are looking for a Telemarketing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and be able to connect with existing and potential customers in the USA. They will also be able to assist customers in acquiring internet, television, and phone services, while promoting available deals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Promote and sell internet, television, and phone services.
- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues.
- Meet all quality and sales targets.
- Attend all required training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education level: Metric/O-A Level/Intermediate or above.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM).
