Responsibilities:

• Drive the growth and development of the food segment in Pakistan.
• Ensure delivery of the sales goals and innovation targets for the segment.
• Identify new opportunities and develop business plans.
• Lead projects through a structured and effective process.
• Launch new products and track their progress.
• Develop sales and go-to-market tools.
• Attend customer visits to help drive business development activities.
• Lead the strategy development and implementation for the segment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the food industry, preferably in product development or customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of the food industry.
• Proven track record of success in product development and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis and research skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
