Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic storytelling plan aligned with our brand values, mission, and objectives.
- Generate and curate compelling content across various platforms, encompassing social media, website, blog, email newsletters, videos, and events.
- Create engaging brand narratives and case studies highlighting our achievements and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent, authentic brand messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees, to collect their stories and feedback, informing our storytelling strategy.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce visually captivating and high-quality content.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of our storytelling initiatives, making necessary adjustments to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English literature, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or related fields.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, adept at crafting engaging narratives that captivate and motivate our audience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of adapting writing style to diverse platforms and audiences.
- Innovative and creative thinker with a zeal for experimentation.
- Strong project management proficiency, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, fostering effective cooperation with colleagues and partners across the organization.
- Demonstrated passion for our brand and mission, along with a steadfast commitment to creating a positive global impact.
