We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Executive for our Restaurant & Eateries (Food) category. In this role, you will be responsible for positioning Savyour as the preferred choice for customers in the segment while building the right persona. Your collaboration with the category team to onboard new brands aligns with Savyour’s strategic vision. As a Commercial Executive, your primary focus will be on New Business Development, pitching Savyour to prospective clients, and successfully onboarding them. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitors to recommend appropriate measures.

As a Commercial Executive, your responsibilities will include onboarding merchants from the restaurant industry, ranging from high-end to mid-range and value-driven brands. You will also focus on acquiring Ecommerce sites, in-store restaurants, and cloud kitchens offering a diverse assortment of food from the restaurant industry. Your role will involve developing relationships with food category merchants to enhance accessibility and affordability for our users, while ensuring a wide range of brands on our platform. Working closely with the regional commercial lead and category head, you will strive to meet compliance with periodic targets.
- Onboard restaurants on our platforms, strategically mapping prospective restaurants in the region and devising appropriate strategies.
- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs.
- Coordinate with relevant companies in the restaurant and cloud kitchen industry for successful onboarding.
- Identify suitable Ecommerce platforms for collaboration and plan their onboarding.
- Create a comprehensive brand directory based on the assigned territory to achieve predetermined goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting clients to securing deals.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Address and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s reputation.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data.
- Arrange all necessary documents for onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to the relevant department.
