Responsibilities of a Commercial Experience Executive:
- Customer Engagement and Guidance: Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step in.
- CRM System Proficiency: Develop a strong understanding of our CRM system and its associated portals to effectively manage customer data and interactions.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding services to enhance their overall experience at the center, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Product Upselling: Promote and facilitate product upselling opportunities directly from the Experience Center.
- Improving Customer Experience: Take initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, striving to reduce average wait times and service durations.
- Confidence and Professionalism: Build confidence and maintain a professional demeanor to serve our valued customers effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer complaints and ensure timely resolution, demonstrating your commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Customer Retention: Contribute to customer retention and churn management efforts to maintain a loyal customer base.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate and follow up with various stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Achievement of KPIs: Strive to achieve monthly adherence, service, and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as assigned.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by Jazz.
