Responsibility:

• Drive high-impact initiatives in the food business across all Careem markets.
• Own the process execution of projects spanning commercial, operations, and product.
• Initiate and drive initiatives that help deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Track, record, and monitor experiments and measure impact post-experiments while evolving learnings.
• Oversee quality assurance checks on new product feature roll-outs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience in Excel (SQL and Tableau are a strong plus).
• Ability to think on your feet while being able to work within guidelines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and high-accuracy execution.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and decide next steps.
• Being a foodie and understanding the various global cuisines is a strong plus.
• Previous experience in a high-growth environment or tech startup.
• Working with large amounts of data on spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
