Job Description

Job Title: Coordinator
Location: Islamabad
Preference: Males having their own conveyance
Education: At least 16 years of education from HEC recognized university
Work Experience: Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Scope: To liaise with UMT Offices in Lahore, external offices in Islamabad, arrange and manage seminars, bookings and any other task assigned by the Director North. Work for establishing relationships with academic professionals for expansion purpose.

Job Description:

  • Plan and coordinate with the University Management Offices (admissions team, corporate linkages team, alumni relations, etc.) about scheduling of events and seminars as per directives of Director North.
  • Make appointments on behalf of university management offices by physically visiting the corporate and educational institutions and inform relevant offices about their meetings.
  • Prepare presentations as per directives and present at schools, colleges and external offices.
  • Assist with planning and implementation of departmental events in north.
  • Receive all communications and queries of North Office, including e-mail, phone, fax, and postal mail, and transfers it to the correct departments.
  • Answer application and enrolment inquiries from the public.
  • Maintain excellent front-of-desk relations with clients and customers.
  • Maintain relevant records and documentation as required by the job.
  • Perform other work-related duties like project planning and general administration.
  • Organize and input information to databases of all the corporate and education institutions of north.
  • Handle phone calls and emails from corporate and prospective students; follow up through calls and letters.
