We are a Canadian and USA-based Carrier company that is hiring a Crew Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience with computer systems.
- Communicate with customers to arrange shipments and track their progress.
- Handle in-bond and out-bond calls.
- Manage emails and update TMS and TMC systems.
- Verify pickup and delivery paperwork.
- Track drivers and coordinate customs clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to speak, read, and write English and Punjabi/Urdu.
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
