Advisory Council:

• Manage yearly and quarterly project plans
• Identify customers interested in joining the council
• Develop a yearly plan, including meeting dates, for the council

Customer Testimonials:

• Track the pipeline of customer testimonials
• Work with the Creative Team to video tape customer testimonials
• Establish a standard format and brand for the testimonials
• Post testimonials on TechHub, social media, and OZONE
• Create new case studies from the testimonials

Customer Surveys:

• Ensure that the company receives industry-standard responses
• Increase the Net Promoter Score with each survey
• Identify the list of customers to whom to send the survey
• Ensure branding and format alignment with surveys from all divisions

Training:

• Consistently send information to other sales team members
• Identify actionable and repeatable processes that can help other sales team members increase their sales and customer relationships
• Add the identified learnings to quarterly sales kickoffs

Required Experience:

• Direct marketing experience is a plus
• 2 years of project management experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
