Job Description
Job Skills & Qualifications:
- Customer facing Skills
- Proven Track Record of Successfully Developing and Managing Customer Relationships, including C-Level Relationships
- Experience Managing a Portfolio Enterprise Accounts
- Positive, Proactive & Solution-Oriented Attitude to everything you do
- Preferable with Knowledge on VAS Systems like SMSC, SMPP, SaaS
- An understanding of how Professional Services/ Customer Success Teams operate
- The ability to Self-Driven, maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
- High Technical Aptitude & Strong Business Acumen
- Clear Communicator with Strong Presentation Skills
- Good Troubleshooting Skills
Must Have Skills:
- Must have Tele Sales Experience (International Campaigns)
- Must Have Proficient English Communication Skills (Spoken + Written)
- Understanding of the industry and having Call Center Experience is a must
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) / Telecommunications / Computer Science/ or related fields.
