Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Customer facing Skills
  • Proven Track Record of Successfully Developing and Managing Customer Relationships, including C-Level Relationships
  • Experience Managing a Portfolio Enterprise Accounts
  • Positive, Proactive & Solution-Oriented Attitude to everything you do
  • Preferable with Knowledge on VAS Systems like SMSC, SMPP, SaaS
  • An understanding of how Professional Services/ Customer Success Teams operate
  • The ability to Self-Driven, maintain a high level of activity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively in a results-driven culture
  • High Technical Aptitude & Strong Business Acumen
  • Clear Communicator with Strong Presentation Skills
  • Good Troubleshooting Skills

Must Have Skills:

  • Must have Tele Sales Experience (International Campaigns)
  • Must Have Proficient English Communication Skills (Spoken + Written)
  • Understanding of the industry and having Call Center Experience is a must

Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering (Electrical & Electronics) / Telecommunications / Computer Science/ or related fields.
