Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our International Campaign for the UAE region. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints effectively via email and phone calls.
- Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
- Hold at least an intermediate degree (minimum qualification).
- Display confidence and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Note:
- Immediate joining is required.
- Salary: Earn up to 50K (45K basic + 5K incentive).
- Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night rotational shifts with different timings (flexibility is required).
