Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our International Campaign for the UAE region. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:


  • Handle customer complaints effectively via email and phone calls.
  • Demonstrate exceptional English communication skills.
  • Hold at least an intermediate degree (minimum qualification).
  • Display confidence and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.


  • Immediate joining is required.
  • Salary: Earn up to 50K (45K basic + 5K incentive).
  • Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night rotational shifts with different timings (flexibility is required).
