• Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Assisting in the implementation of virtual care solutions for clients.
• Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs and suggestions for improvement.
• Participating in ongoing training to develop and enhance customer service skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluent in Urdu and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Shifts may include morning, evening, and night shifts, each 8 hours long.
• Salary package offered: Rs 30,000 – 40,000.
