Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Sales Specialists on behalf of one of our clients. Candidates with sales experience in the trucking industry or who have previously worked for Motive (Keep Truckin) are preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls and send emails to reach out to prospective clients.
- Meet individual activity and revenue targets set by the company.
- Drive the B2B or B2C sales process with potential prospects.
- Provide recommendations based on the prospect’s business needs and negotiate contract terms.
- Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and account executives.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to achieve common objectives.
- Reschedule or follow up with prospects if meetings don’t take place.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience in US Campaigns.
- Ability to work during US hours.
Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 + Uncapped Commission
Shift Timing: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
