• 4+ years of experience in CS.
• Aid Participant with their request Regarding the platform over Zendesk.
• Expertise of Triggers, automation, email formats, help center, views
• Good with documentation.
• White glove experience for the customer with professional tone and verbiage.
• Attention to detail to read between the lines and provide appropriate solution
• Experience with Zendesk explores for analytics and reporting.

Experience: 2+ years
Work Mode: Initially Remote Later onsite (Islamabad)
Timings : Night Shift (6pm -3am)
