As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring a top-tier customer experience aligned with our client’s core values. You’ll assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to their e-commerce purchases via phone calls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate resolutions to customer queries.
  • Demonstrating genuine interest and courtesy in every customer interaction.
  • Offering alternatives for products not available on the e-commerce website.
  • Adhering to standard processes and procedures for issue resolution.
  • Staying updated on system information, process changes, and future updates.

Job Specifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: O Levels/Matric or higher.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English communication skills.
