Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment with frequent changes
- Identify customer needs by asking relevant questions and close sales
- Make a minimum of a certain number of outbound calls per day
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by management
- Resolve grievances to maintain the company’s reputation
- Exceed sales quotas and support future sales by going above and beyond
- Keep detailed records of calls and sales and document important information
- Be available to work during US hours (starting from 7 pm)
