Job Description
Ace BPO Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic English skills, good communication skills, and be a good learner. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, and resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department as needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
Qualifications:
- Basic English skills
- Good communication skills
- Good learner
- English speaker
- Willing to work rotating shifts (6 PM to 12:30 AM for males and 6 AM to 11 PM for females)
