To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging customer situations, along with prior experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and address their concerns.
• Utilize various communication channels to engage with clients effectively.
• Acknowledge and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate responses to client queries.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with clients.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the client service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and reliable support.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
• Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Previous inbound customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
