- Respond promptly to client inquiries and address their concerns.
- Utilize various communication channels to engage with clients effectively.
- Acknowledge and resolve client complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products to provide accurate responses to client queries.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude when interacting with clients.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the client service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and reliable support.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Previous inbound customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
