Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serve customers by providing product and service information and helping them in resolving their problems.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepare reports related to customer experience, customer
- r needs, recurring issues, and ticket turnaround time by collecting and analyzing customer query data.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Open customer accounts and maintain customers and financial records.
Requirements:
- UK Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills with a British accent
- Min Intermediate (12 Years) or above
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work as per the UK working hours.
Shift Availability: Interim Shift (1pm to 10pm)
Salary: Rs 60,000 – Rs 80,000 Basic + Up to 20,000 KPIs per month + Travel Allowance for Females
Location: Ex-Park View, DHA Phase 8, Lahore
