Our fast-growing company provides operational help and growth funding for early-stage technology enterprises, and we’re currently seeking a Data Analyst. As the Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for building new products and microservices, enhancing existing systems, and using data to guide business decisions. Our company is dedicated to revolutionizing the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) region through innovation and technology. This is a long-term, full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, organize, and manage large datasets from multiple sources
• Conduct statistical analyses and create and automate data visualizations to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and provide insights
• Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy of data
• Create and manage business intelligence reports and dashboards, and provide insights and recommendations to guide company decisions
• Develop and maintain databases and data pipelines
• Maintain and improve data systems and infrastructure
• Work with product teams to build products and microservices
• Keep up-to-date with market developments in engineering, data analysis, and product development

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python/R and JavaScript
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficient in SQL and experience working with cloud platforms
• Fluent in spoken and written English communication
• In-depth knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, and PowerBI
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
