Responsibilities:

• Support the reporting process that supports business needs and assists managers in creating reports and automating reports to increase efficiency and productivity
• Support operational or project teams in planning and implementing process and operational changes across businesses
• Support the release testing process.
• Support the data workflow process and generate innovative ideas for research practices. Analyzes errors and gaps in data sets and data quality and identifies solutions to fix issues
• Liaises with data and technology teams globally to streamline the data/content management process workflow and ensures new processes are implemented and integrated without compromising data integrity.
• Support business governance team across assigned business/region for workflow systems with a focus on managing process and functionality improvements.
• Design new process guidelines, write business procedures and training materials, and leads implementation plans and stakeholder communications.

• Knowledge on lean/Automation or Related Certification
• Hands on experience in developing and executing SQL Queries and python
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and effective Time Utilization/Project Management skills
• Working knowledge of Excel Macro & Data Visualization Tools
• Minimum 4 years of Prior Work experience in related industry (Financial Services)
• Strong command over Financial Markets, Corporate Actions & Financial Products (Equity, Derivatives & Debt Instruments)
• Proven expertise in creating Dashboards on Power bi/Tableau
• Working knowledge of Excel Macro /VBA/ Data Visualization Tools
• Analytical mindset and strong in logical reasoning
• An inquisitive and investigative nature.
• A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail.
• Strong Partnership oriented mindset
• Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
• Minimum 4-5 years of Prior Work experience in related industry (Financial Services)
