The following responsibilities are associated with this position:
- Gather data from various sources, create reliable databases/data systems, and identify and address knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations and Marketing teams to develop dashboards that provide insights into digital performance.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize different aspects of the business, such as product pages, landing pages, and user flows.
- Identify new opportunities for A/B testing and on-site data analysis, and contribute to the development of best practices in testing and optimization.
- Perform in-depth analyses of digital campaigns and develop an understanding of the company’s commercial goals.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences through the analysis of on-site data, user feedback, and customer journey mapping.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Mixpanel, and MS Power BI to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven changes that improve website performance, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor and analyze site performance metrics, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-informed decisions regarding A/B tests and other initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics and A/B testing to ensure the company remains competitive and data-driven.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and MS Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel is essential.
- Familiarity with Agile processes, principles, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests.
- Proficiency in manipulating and analyzing large marketing databases and external data sources.
- Implement BI reports based on the specified requirements.
- Set up and maintain BI tools, infrastructure, and integrations with company data sources.
Required Experience: At least 3+ years of experience,
preferably in E-commerce. Please note that Get Licensed is a UK-based company, and our working hours are from 1 PM to 10 PM.
