Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Daycare Teacher who possesses a strong commitment to children’s development and has experience working with infants and toddlers up to 3 years of age.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean and safe daycare environment that is conducive to learning.
  • Monitor and assess the behavioral and developmental progress of each child.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities, providing guidance to other daycare staff members.
  • Plan and organize engaging daily activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Establish effective communication channels with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress.
  • Promote healthy habits and hygiene practices among the children.
  • Plan and organize celebrations for children’s birthdays, coordinating with the administrative team for decorations, snacks, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team for inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, rosters, and other important details for each child.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including child supervision and ensuring the well-being of each child.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Montessori education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a daycare or childcare setting.
  • Females are preferred for this role.
  • In-depth knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with children and parents.
  • Creative and innovative in developing engaging activities and organizing celebrations.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and people skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
