Responsibility:

As a Procurement Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient procurement of goods, services, and works under the PGDP (Public Goods and Development Program) in compliance with PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) Rules and other relevant government policies, regulations, and rules. Your key tasks will include:

• Developing specifications, Purchase Orders, and quality assurance criteria to facilitate smooth procurement processes.
• Monitoring contractor performance to ensure compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, and payment provisions.
• Analyzing price and cost data to promote transparency in procurements.
• Conducting pre- and post-award conferences and site visits as necessary to ensure successful procurement outcomes.
• Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by the Project Director or Secretary EPD (Economic Planning and Development).

Job Responsibilities:
