As an Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for several key areas:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to existing and abandoned customers with a focus on conversion.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales efforts and figures to ensure transparency and efficiency.
- Regularly communicating with the Sales Manager to provide updates on daily sales progress and highlight any concerns.
- Taking ownership of all calls and sales tickets, ensuring successful follow-through to achieve sales.
- Selling Get Licensed courses to inbound customers, addressing leads from calls, freshdesk tickets, and intercom queries, while responding to instant chat queries and customer emails.
- Identifying sales trends and implementing process improvements to optimize sales conversion.
- Providing continuous support to colleagues through call listening and regular feedback to enhance overall conversion rates.
- Onboarding and training new team members, designing effective training courses, coaching sessions, and role-playing activities.
- Identifying training needs by observing sales encounters, studying sales performance, and generating reports.
- Collecting feedback on training programs and preparing insightful reports for the Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English.
- A polite, enthusiastic, and warm telephone manner.
