The role of the Reliability Engineer is to implement the Reliability Framework on equipment using CbM/PdM Technologies. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel, analyzing CbM/PdM data, conducting inspections using various technologies, performing criticality analysis and preparing SOPs and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel on equipment and reliability issues. Recommend innovative solutions to increase equipment performance and reduce maintenance costs through the analysis of equipment failures
• Lead the analysis of CbM/PdM data collected and provide recommendations to eliminate defects identified. Prepare Inspection Reports
• Lead and execute RCA and FRACAS along with the maintenance team to improve the KPIs of Equipment (RTG Cranes)
• Conduct inspections required on RTG Cranes using CbM/PdM technology (Vibration, Ultrasound, Thermography, Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) Online/Offline, Motor/Cable Insulation Testing, Oil Analysis, etc.)
• Perform Criticality Analysis, FMEA, and RAM Analysis for the equipment
• Prepare SOPs and perform Risk Assessments for tasks related to CbM/PdM inspections and Reliability Engineering

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in maintenance of Quay Cranes and RTG Cranes
• Advanced knowledge of cranes systems, preventive and predictive maintenance, condition monitoring technologies, and fixed-time maintenance strategies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications and IBM Maximo Maintenance planning or any other Enterprise Asset Management software
• Sound knowledge in CbM/PdM technologies and RCA/FRACAS process. Also, proficiency in the use of CBM technologies hardware, tools, and software
• Training/Certification in any PdM technology or CRL Certification (preferred)
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-solving, Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications
• Ability to work independently & also supervise staff within a multi-disciplinary team
