Requirements:

• Education: Master (MBA/MPA/M.Sc.) from a prestigious institution recognized by HEC. B.Sc./BBA Hons Degree from a recognized and reputable Institution (HEC Recognized).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in school marketing, digital marketing firms, or customer services.
• Digital Proficiency: Possess digital marketing certificates and knowledge of computer software, including web applications and programming.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and engage in business correspondence and presentations.
• Analytical Skills: Demonstrate good negotiation and analytical skills, including preparing and analyzing reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Diverse Student Population: Experience working with a diverse student population.
• Digital Marketing: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including ATL & BTL strategies, integrated marketing communications, brand development, and blog marketing.
• Project Experience: Experience in project-based work, including engagements with the British Council, internships at MNCs, NGOs, and/or the corporate sector is preferred.
• Marketing Expertise: Well-versed in-school marketing, digital marketing firms, and customer services. Worked in a digital marketing cell within a school/university/college setting.
• Event Management: Skilled in event management and digital social media platforms, including planning and crisis management.
