A U.S.-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Autism is actively seeking a proficient Project Manager to spearhead our website strategy and development initiatives within a remote work environment. This presents an exceptional opportunity to make a substantial impact on a noble cause while enjoying autonomy and complete ownership of all website-related responsibilities.
1. Website Stewardship: Assume full responsibility for our website, encompassing the formulation of a strategic vision, supervision of new web page creation, and enhancement of the user experience (UX/UI). Ensure consistent updates and ongoing maintenance.
2. Visitor Journey Enhancement: Define, measure, and improve the online visitor/prospect journey. Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team on lead-scoring endeavors and collaborate with Marketing Operations to analyze traffic and leads. Deliver continuous performance reports.
3. Agency Project Oversight: Manage agency-driven development initiatives and collaborate closely with the Brand team to ensure new designs align with our brand guidelines.
4. Landing Page Supervision: Lead the design and maintenance of landing pages in partnership with the Growth Marketing team, design/development agency, and Marketing Operations.
5. Global SEO Leadership: Drive global SEO endeavors, encompassing content audits, content updates, technical issue resolution with our agency, internal linking, and backlink strategy in conjunction with our PR agency.
6. Competitive Analysis: Conduct ongoing research and evaluation of organic, paid, and content marketing efforts, providing recommendations to the Content and Growth Marketing teams to optimize their strategies.
7. Project Management: Apply robust project management skills to monitor and communicate project statuses, ensuring the timely delivery of personalized experiences and operational projects.
8. Website Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive website marketing strategy to engage our target developer audience with our Skyflow Data Privacy Vault.
9. Collaboration with Product Marketing: Forge close collaboration with the Product Marketing team to ensure the accurate representation of our API-driven solution’s features, benefits, and use cases on the website.
10. Conversion Rate Enhancement: Optimize website content and user experience to elevate conversion rates and overall engagement metrics.
11. Website Roadmap: Construct and maintain a roadmap for website enhancements, prioritizing initiatives that enrich user experiences, amplify conversion rates, and boost engagement.
12. Developer Community Engagement: Collaborate closely with the developer relations team to promote events, webinars, and other initiatives through the website, fostering engagement within the developer community.
13. SEO and SEM Best Practices: Collaborate with the Demand Gen team to implement and uphold best practices for SEO and SEM, with a focus on elevating organic traffic, generating leads, and driving conversions.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Substantial previous web marketing experience and a profound understanding of contemporary web systems and marketing technologies.
- Over 5 years of web management expertise, including website maintenance using the Webflow CMS.
- Proficiency in leading SEO campaigns, with a clear grasp of search engine algorithms, ranking methods, keyword research, and measurement and data mining tools.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools.
- Competence in developing web content or guiding content development.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A bonus would be experience in the developer and technology buyer domain.
- Ability to actively engage in meetings and maintain regular communication with colleagues based in the U.S. Eastern Time zone, even though this position is remote.
- Proven experience in setting channel targets and managing KPIs.
