In this role, you will have the responsibility of overseeing and managing the entire sales operations, strategy formulation and implementation, commercialization, product and pricing strategy, as well as brand activation for the central zone. You will achieve this through regional networking and cross-functional collaboration. Your main objective will be to ensure a remarkable customer experience journey, identify new market opportunities, and drive the sales team to strategically execute commercial and financial activities to accelerate business growth.

To be successful in this role, you need:
Qualifications: Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Sales and distribution experience.
- Marketing and channel management experience.
- Channel steering and performance management experience.
- Project management experience related to telecommunications.
- Previous experience leading a large-scale sales function, preferably in the service industry.
- Proficiency in analyzing business opportunities.
- Sales management and operations expertise.
