- Arrange and coordinate the delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs of products, communicating with suppliers or manufacturers.
- Provide after-sales service and support to customers, handling complaints, feedback, or queries.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, developments, and innovations in the beauty industry.
- Research and identify new market opportunities and potential customers for products.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or customer service in the beauty industry.
- Knowledge of cosmetic products or skincare products is essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
