Area Of Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance of Telecom SDH, PLC, PABX Systems.
• Perform tele-protection testing to ensure healthy distance relay communication
• Execute maintenance of indoor and outdoor Telecom equipment’s as per schedule and requirement.
• Update and ensure to document maintenance forms, checklists, and Performa of all the assigned or committed activities of the department.
• Update configuration backup as per schedule and check logs, alarms and discrepancies found on site.
• Perform 48VDC battery bank load testing and provide compile report.
• Update configuration backup as per schedule and check logs, alarms and discrepancies found on site
• Perform maintenance of fiber optics network.
• On site coordination & supervision of telecom network rehab projects.
• Timely Backup all the office data as per company procedures.

Education: Bachelors in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunication engineering

Knowledge:

• Good Knowledge of Power Utility Telecommunication Systems.
• Installation of Outdoor Equipment.
• Knowledge of Project Management & estimation, BOQ preparation and scope clarification.
• Extensive knowledge of Telecom equipment & Networking, SDH/PDH, ODF, PLC, PABX, MDF, 48VDC System, Microwave, VHF Radio System, Line trap, CVT and CC, LMU, FOC Cables, Coaxial Cables, OPGW etc of various Vendors i.e HUAWEI, NEC, SIEMENS, ABB.
• Commissioning & Laying of FOC and coaxial cables.
• Skill in MS Excel, Power View, Power BI, MS project, Visio, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
• Business & finance Acumen.
• Knowledge of HSEQ in Power Transmission Network environment.
