Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• On-Demand Planning: Facilitate on-demand planning for L’Oreal products and efficiently allocate stocks to KLI’s based on historical trends.
• Order Processing: Streamline the order processing system for improved efficiency.
• Sales Analysis: Share detailed sales analysis reports and Service Level Reporting to enhance visibility.
• New Product Management: Upload new product information.
• Payment Handling: Manage payment inflows from Q-Commerce customers through consistent correspondence.
• Reporting: Share bi-weekly sales and stock reports for better insight.
• Price Revision: Handle price revision and product stickering for physical products.
• KIOSK Management: Oversee Nationwide KIOSKS for optimal performance.
• Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation at the branch level.

Job Specification:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Strong sales and sales analysis skills, familiarity with Q-commerce, and distribution management expertise.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with morning shifts.
