Job Description

We are seeking a Product Development Executive to join our team and lead the life cycle of our products through all stages.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimizing existing products to improve customer experience while ensuring adherence to project document quality and project timelines.
• Managing internal and external stakeholders, building strategic partnerships with private and public entities, and managing vendor relationships and regulatory affairs from product idea to the consumer.
• Conducting end-to-end product testing before launch.
• Planning and implementing new packages, offers, and promos for prepaid and postpaid consumers in coordination with the segment teams.
• Incorporating inputs from market visits based on competitor product benchmarking, voice of customer, and channel by identifying emerging or prevalent needs of the customers.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specifically in marketing.

Experience:
• Understanding of commercial KPIs/revenue drivers for the Telecom industry.
• Worked in similar roles within the Telecom industry, preferably in core segments and product development.
