Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Fleet Management to join our team in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management principles and be able to manage a fleet of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to riders at the hub office in the city.
- Use available resources to maintain a service-oriented attitude towards our delivery partners.
- Identify and resolve problems in the delivery operations.
- Work with the partner BPO to improve the efficiency of the delivery operations.
- Bring improvement in Rider NPS and Rider Satisfaction (RSAT) scores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fleet management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
