• Develop an understanding of BI Tools and data science capabilities
• Assist in managing the assigned portfolio and be responsible for the targets
• Ensure all governance-related attribute is implemented
• Develop an understanding of the existing CVM framework
• Design and development of contextual marketing use cases.
• Pre – Post Campaign Analysis: Revenue upside / cannibalization analysis after campaign launch.
• Build rapport with stakeholders (Marketing, Sales & Customer Care) and work alongside them to achieve company goals.
• Contribute to the development and use of data science models for campaigns
• Manage conventional CVM activities of the assigned portfolio
• Work on personalized Product Portfolio for CVM Team
• Ensure CVM Targets are being met for (Revenue, Churn, 4G etc)
• Design of new CVM Campaigns to cater business need or Support Segment / Sales Teams

What you need to be Successful

Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Preferably in Computer Sciences )

Requirement:

• Business Analytics Commercial domain experience will be a plus
• Analytics and Presentation Skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Experience in Telecom CVM/Segments
• Pressure Handling

Skills Required:

• Experience in Micro-strategy, SSIS, Power BI, Tableau will be a plus
• SQL
• MS Power-point

Certifications (Optional): Certification related to data analytical or campaign management tools will be a plus.
